Email verification

Verification codes protect new accounts and password-free login sessions.

1

How codes work

KYOEDU sends a short verification code to the email you enter on the login page. The code confirms that you control the address and lets you enter the platform without creating a password first. Use the newest code only; older codes may stop working after a new request.

2

Where to check

Look in your primary inbox first, then check spam, promotions, school quarantine, or organization security filters. Some school mailboxes delay external email. If you still cannot receive a code, ask the school administrator or account manager to confirm that the sender address is allowed.

3

Security notes

Never forward your verification code to another person. KYOEDU staff should not ask for your full code in chat. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, change your password if available and contact support with your email, approximate login time, and the exam path affected.
