Tutor help
Ask focused questions, attach your concern, and track tutor analysis from the account center.
When to ask
Tutor help is best for questions where the written explanation is not enough. Ask when you understand the answer choice but not the method, when a topic keeps appearing in mistake review, or when you need help building a practice plan for a specific school entrance exam.
How to write a useful request
Be specific. Mention the exam, question number, your selected answer, and the part that confused you. A strong request might say: I chose B because of the second sentence, but the answer says D. I need help identifying the clue that changes the meaning.
Tracking status
Open My Account and choose Tutor questions to track submission time, status, and analysis. Keep related bookmarks and notes together so the tutor can see the learning context. If your school manages tutoring separately, response time may follow the school service agreement.
